Terms of Service
Last updated: September 13, 2026
These terms govern use of United Pay at getunitedpay.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
United Pay helps merchants charge customers and sync payment status with connected CRMs such as Housecall Pro and Printavo. Features include Collect, extension pairing, pay links, and dashboard settings. Marketplace or CRM installs remain subject to those platforms' policies as well.
Your responsibilities
- Use the service lawfully and keep login credentials secure
- Provide accurate company and processor credentials
- Remain responsible for your payment processor account, fees, refunds, chargebacks, and customer disputes
- Ensure your use complies with card-network and processor rules
Payments & processors
Charges run on merchant-supplied payment processor credentials. Card data is tokenized by the processor. United Pay is software that facilitates collection; we are not the merchant of record for your customer transactions unless separately agreed in writing.
Availability & changes
The service is provided as-is. We may update features, pricing, or these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, United Pay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for processor outages, CRM changes, or losses arising from credentials you supply. Aggregate liability is limited to fees (if any) you paid us for the service in the prior three months.
