Help

Whitelist getunitedpay.com

Collect card fields only load after your TPN allows this site.

  1. Sign in to your payment processor merchant portal.
  2. Open Settings → Merchant Keys / Ecom Token.
  3. Select the TPN you use with United Pay.
  4. Under Allowed Domains (Whitelisted Domain), add https://getunitedpay.com.
  5. Save, then reload Collect on United Pay.

Install the Chrome extension (Housecall Pro + Printavo)

The download zip covers both CRMs. It is not on the Chrome Web Store yet — use Load unpacked (Developer mode sideload).

  1. Download extension (v1.0.12), then unzip it.
  2. Open chrome://extensions.
  3. Enable Developer mode.
  4. Click Load unpacked and choose the unzipped folder.
  5. In United Pay → Connections, generate a pairing code and paste it in the extension popup.
