Privacy Policy

United Pay (getunitedpay.com) provides payment collection software for merchants who connect their payment credentials and CRM tools (including Housecall Pro and Printavo). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Data we process
- Account details such as email and authentication identifiers
- Company settings, pairing codes, and CRM connection metadata
- Transaction references, amounts, status, and processor responses
- Technical logs needed to operate and secure the service
Card data & tokenization
Card numbers are tokenized by your payment processor. United Pay does not store raw primary account numbers (PAN). We receive tokens and transaction outcomes only as needed to complete a charge and sync status.
How we use data
We use this information solely to operate United Pay: authenticate users, process charges on the merchant's credentials, write payment status back to connected tools, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Merchant responsibility
Merchants remain responsible for their processor agreements, customer notices, and any data they enter into United Pay or their CRM. Keep API keys and pairing codes secure.
Retention & security
We retain account and transaction records as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or dispute requirements. Access is limited to operating the product.
